See numbered Note 26. This is an unrestricted RFP for the procurement of 2,904 prs of Gloves, Electrical Workers, 17,000 Volts to be manufactured IAW ASTM D 120-95. Best Value Source Selection procedures will be used in this solicitation. The following evaluation factor will be incorporated: Past Performance. One -- 100% quantity option will be included in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued using FOB Destination. The production leadtime is 120 days after date of award and will consist of 6 delivery increments. The destinations involved are New Cumberland, PA and San Joaquin, CA. Copies of this solictation will be made available on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home at time of solicitation issuance.
