Description

The Regional Supply Office Oceana, in Virginia Beach, VA is issuing a Solicitation # N60191-01-Q-0009 as a request for quote (RFQ) to provide Mondo surfacing and installation for various sports facilities. Request pricing and availability for the following: SITE I: Install Sport Impact in the Cardio Vascular Room at Naval Weapon Station Yorktown to include: deliver and install Mondo Sport Impact Roll Goods, 10MM, over Mondo Everlay Moisture Barrier. Include removal of existing carpet. Remove carpet base and Lowes carpet above base. Floor to be two colors. Include excessive floor patch. Price to deliver and install, 25'2" x 44'6" Location: MWR/Yorktown Athletic Department, Bldg 2062 Attn Skip Foy, Lebanon Church Road, Yorktown, VA 23694. SITE II: Install Sport Impact in the machine room at Cheatham Annex to include the following: Install Mondo Sport Impact over the existing Mondo Rubber, 48'8"x25'10". Install Sport Impact in the hammer strength room at Cheatham Annex to include: Remove present flooring of VCT tile, existing wall base to remain. Moisture test to be performed before installation. May need shoe mold if needed after Mondo is fitted to wall base, 40' x 30'8". Install Sport Impact tiles (45"x45") in the free weight room at Cheatham Annex to include the following: Install over existing surface. MWR to remove existing Tuff-Flex and weights. Wall base to be removed and re-installed. Remove existing carpet, 31'6"x17'6". Location: MWR/Cheatham Annex Athletic Department, Bldg 235, Attn Skip Foy, 108 Sandi Avenue, Williamsburg, VA 23185. Floor preparation for all sites on this request. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format included in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-20. The provisions at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items; 252.212-7001, Contract terms and conditions required to implement statutes or executive orders applicable to defense acquisitions of commercial items; and 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration apply.
