Description

Subject to final approval, the Bureau of the Public Debt intends to acquire, on a sole-source basis through Avaya Communications, the following: 1) MAP/100, Version 7, System Upgrade; 2) Installation of Upgraded MAP/100, Version 7. No solicitation document is available. Public Debt will consider all affirmative responses received no later than 2:00 PM, EST on July 10, 2001. Affirmative responses shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show the ability to provide the required system upgrade and installation, or functional equivalent, at terms more advantageous to the Government. Requests for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered affimative responses. If no affirmative response is received that clearly demonstrates ability to meet all requirements and that it is more advantageous to the Government, we will make a sole-source award to Avaya Communications.
