Description

This modification is being issued to dissolve the small business set-aside and is being re-issued on an unrestricted basis. Large business may now quote. Closing date is being extended until July 3, 2001. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number N00164-01-Q-0138 is hereby issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-20 and DCN 20001213. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 335312 and the size standard is 1000 employees. This requirement is for the following: CLIN 0001 1 each Generator, Electronic Environment, Comptek PRB Associates PN: TRAD-500A or equal in accordance with attached specification. Generator to include the following components: EG-100-2 Video Upgrade Kit; EG100-3 Data Extraction Kit Module and DX S/W License; EG-100-5 Cable Set EG-AN/SLQ32; EG-100-6 Transit Case; EG-100-7 Interface Adapter Kit; EG-100-4 Scenario Software and SCP-100 Control Processor Kit (Notebook PC W/Ethernet Card) Delivery is required F.O.B. Destination within 30 days after award. All items will be shipped to NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER Crane IN 47522. Selection for award will be based on past performance and price. Quotes that are non-compliant with any material requirement of this solicitation may be rejected without further consideration for award. This will be a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The contractor shall extend to the Government the full coverage of commercial sale warranty provided such warranty is available at no additional cost to the Government. The offeror shall provide its Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, Contractor Establishment Code and Tax Identification Number. To be eligible for award you must be properly registered in the Government's Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
