Description

The Operational Contracting Division at Hanscom AFB, MA intends to make an award on a sole source basis to Zellweger Analytics, Inc. for support of the Air Force Research Laboratory Electromagnetics Technology Division for the following CM4-Wall Mount parts essential for hazardous gas monitoring requirements: (NAICS Code 334516) 1) 100/200 VAC CM4 Monitor (2 EA); 2) CM4 Hydride Gas Calibration, Arsine, Phosphine, Diborane, Silane, Tertiary Butyl Arsine (1 EA); 3) Gas Calibration CM4 NH3 (Amines/Ammonia) (1 EA); 4) CM-4 Wall Mount Kit (2 EA); 5) North America (120VAC) Power Cord (2 EA); 6) Isolated 4-20MA PCB Assy W2MA Fault (2 EA); 7) RS232 Undirectional Communication Rear Access Option (2 EA); 8) CM4 Printer Share Box Configuration Option (2 EA); 9) CM4 Installation Kit (2 EA); and a 1-Year Subscription of Chemcassettes to be delivered monthly: 9) *Chemcassette, CM4 Hydrides, 1 Chemcassette (12 Months); *Chemcassette Alliphatic Amines Ammonia, 1 Chemcassette (12 Months). Estimated Shipping (1 EA). If a firm believes it can satisfy the requirements described above, it must submit published specification sheets or product catalogue(s) that clearly identifies the firm's products, which meet the government's requirements. The firm must also submit a product price list (s) relevant to the acquisition. All responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the contracting officer may determine that a purchase award will be issued. If a purchase award is issued no additional synopsis will be published. Any such purchase award will be issued to the intended vendor only.
