Description

This is a sources sought request for commercial items and is not a request for a proposal or solicitation. The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) seeks to identify potential sources to procure an Argon Plasma Coagulator with accessories. The part numbers used in this Sources Sought request are from Erbe USA Inc. The items required will need to be provided as listed or an equal item. If providing an equal item, vendors are requested to provide all technical data with your submission. The items required are: (1) APC 300 Argon Plasma Coagulator (P/N 10132-011), (2) Pressure Reduction Valve (P/N 20132-065); (3) APC Cart w/Accessory Fixation Assembly (P/N 20185-009); (4) Connecting Cable (P/N 20192-082) and Footswitch Connector (P/N 20189-022) for the APC 300 to ICC Electrosurgical Generator; (6) Probe Connector Hose, 6'/2M, Reusable (P/N 20132-046); (7) Ignition Tester (P/N 20183-060); (8) S-Cord 10 (P/N 58301-L10); (9) Argon Gas (Full) (P/N 1063-2); (10) ICC 200 Electrosurgical Generator w/Endocut Argon Capable (P/N 10128-205); (11) Double Pedal Foot Switch, (Waterproof and Explosion Protected)(P/N 20189-027); (12) Decade Boxes (P/N 20183-041 & 20100-017); (13) 70 Volt Test Box (P/N 20100-028); and item (16) Extender Card (P/N 30183-106). Potential sources should indicate if company provides Service and Operators Manuals as well as Bio-Med Training Classes. All sources that are able to provide this equipment should submit their interest in writing to the Contracting Officer. Information at a minimum, should include informational brochures plus a list of at least three references from similar facilities who are using their equipment. Vendor should include the company name, address, telephone number, FAX number, type of business (large or small, large or small non-profit, 8(a), etc.) and point of contact. Responses are due by July 11, 2001 and can be mailed, emailed or sent by facsimile. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this "sources sought" announcement.
