Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13. No RFQ will be prepared or made available. The Government intends to award, on a Sole Source basis, an order for the following items (MFG: Mactronix, Inc): Item 0001, Proximity back-to-back pitch changer for LTO boat style Mass transfer of 12/13 wafers in back-to-back configuration. Includes 5Ph stepper motor drive, stainless cleanroom bearings and rails, electric sensors, PLC controller, special vertical retainer system, and 2 year warranty, quantity 1 each, part number: PPCH-600P5. Item 0002, Mass transfer if 25 wafers between plastic 25-slot cassette and quartz boat. Includes 5Ph stepper motor drive, stainless cleanroom bearings and rails, electric sensors, PLC controller, and 2-year warranty, quantity 1 each, part number: HZN625P5.
