Description

Various Spare Parts for use on the M17 DECON Apparatus. This is an amendment to the synopsis for solicitation number DAAE20-01-R-0126, posted June 12, 2001. The requirement for 100% small business set aside has been deleted. The proposed contract will be as a result of full and open competition. The due date has been changed to August 06, 2001. FOB is destination. First Article Test is required. A three year requirements type Firm-Fixed-Price contract is contemplated. The contract will include three ordering periods. The maixmum projected total quantities for all three years are reflected in the numbers represented in this notice. The following are components of the M17 Decontamination Apparatus: Shower Assembly, NSN 4230-01-316-5626 max projected quantity 150 each; Tube, Assembly, NSN 4710-01-299-5834 max projected quantity 375 each; Shower Assembly, NSN 4710-01-317-0027 max projected quantity 375 each; Hose Assembly, Branch NSN 4720-01-293-5465 max projected quantity 300; Hose Assembly, Pressure, NSN 4720-01-293-5466 max projected quantity 375 each; Hose Assembly, Suction, NSN 4720-01-293-5703 max projected quantity 225 each; Strainer, Suction, NSN 4730-01-294-9893 max projected quantity 150 each; Cleaning Gun, NSN 4940-01-295-8134 max projected quantity 900 each; Injector Assembly, NSN 4230-01-295-2443 max projected quantity 150 each. Estimated issue date is 06 July 01. This solictiation will be issued electronically in accoradance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c) therefore hardcopies will not be provided. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto.
