Description

Miscellaneous repairs including drydocking. To qualify for an award under this solicitation, the offeror must execute a current NAVSEA Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSR). If not previously done, adequate time must exist to allow proper assessment of the contractor's data. The contractor's inspection is tentatively set for 12 July 2001 at St. Helena Annex, Norfolk, VA. The availability dates are tentatively set for 17 September 2001 through 28 September 2001 with work to take place at the Contractor's Facility. The place of performance is restricted to the Hampton Roads Virginia area. This is a Best Value procurement.
