Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Supart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitations will not be issued. The solicitation number is M00681-01-T-2215 and this is a request for a proposal (RFP). This solicitation document incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through 97-27 and DAC 91-13. This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract. Request is for a lease for a 12-month base period with 4, 12-month option periods of 13 Digital Copiers with a 35 cpm speed that have Reversing ADF, Finisher, Cabinet stand, Expansion box,Fax module,Print accessories and Network Integration Services and offer Maintenance which covers all parts, labor, drum, developer an d toner (all supplies except paper and staples). 98% Up-time guaranteed after hours help line, free loaner policy and a total satisfaction to replacement guaranteed. All responsible sources may submit an offer by providing information including descriptive literature demonstrating how your product meets the needs of the Government and a itemized list of attachnments and software; past performance of at least two recent references where the Contractor has sold the same product; Completion of DFAR 252.225-7035. The Government will evaluate based on best value based on technical, past performance and price. All contractors submitting an offer must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database to be considered for an award.
