Description

The government intends to extend the term of contract N00600-96-D-2479 for "Bearings; Pumps and Compressors; and Construction and Building Materials" by adding three one-month options to the existing H.M. Sweeney Corporation contract. This action is being taken under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) 1 and FAR 6-302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements under this Just-In-Time contract until the negotiated full and open competition with partial small business set-aside award is made. The period of performance is to begin July 19, 2001 in an amount Not-To-Exceed (NTE) $21,992.49 (Option 1st month NTE $7,330.83, Option 2nd month NTE $7,330.83, Option 3rd month NTE $7,330.83.) No solicitation is available.
