Description

The US Department of Housing and Urban Development is issuing a Request for Quotations R12AN0099 for an indefinite quantity purchase order under Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Simplified Acquisition Procedures for construction of rehab renovation Elderly and Assisted Living projects in Suffolk, Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Plymouth, Bristol and Barnstable counties in Massachusetts. The proposed purchase orders will be for one year with a maximum limitation of $100,000 TOTAL for ALL task orders issued. This solicitation is set aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 541310 with a size standard of $4 million dollars average annual sales. The RFQ will be available on or about 15 days and quotations due on or about 25 days after this notice is printed in the Commerce Business Daily. Special Announcement: This notice and RFQ will be posted on HUD's Internet Home Page at http://www.hud.gov/cts/ctsoprty.html/. Potential quoters who download copies of the RFQ from HUD's Homepage Opportunities will not automatically receive amendments to those solicitations.
