Description

Provide readjustment counseling services to eligible veterans referred by Vet Center staff members or professional staff member of VA Psychiatry, Social Work, Psychology or Nursing Services for the Missouri counties of: Green, Christian, Dade, Lawrence, Jasper, Newton, McDonald, Webster, Polk, Cedar, Hickory, St.Clair, Wright, Barton, Vernon, Stone and Dallas. Contractor will furnish readjustment counseling services by licensed social workers, Psychologists, Psychiatrists or other qualified counselors individually or in groups to eligible veterans. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The contract will be for a base year with 4 one year options. Issue date will be on or about June 29, 2001. Award date will be August 1,200l.
