Description

Nonpersonal services to clean and fireproof mess facility exhaust fans and ventilation equipment in buildings at Fort Sam Houston, and Camp Bullis Texas. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and any other items necessary to perform all required cleaning. Contract period shall be 1 Oct 2001 through 30 Sep 2002 with three (3) option periods. This is a 100% set-aside for small business. The NAIC code is 325612. The small business size standard is 500 employees. This is a commercial acquisition being accomplished in accordance with FAR Part 12 procedures. This solicitation will be awarded as a firm fixed price contract. A site visit will be held, the exact date of which will be included in the solicitation.
