Description

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to negotiate with all interested and capable parties for the purpose of securing an On-line Comprehensive Legislative and Government Policy Tracking Database Service. This procurement will be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The Contractor shall provide an annual lease agreement to provide logon access to an on-line web service with real-time capability for a comprehensive legislative and government policy tracking service to include one-on-one training and user manuals. Responsible parties should indicate their interest by requesting a copy of the solicitation via fax to Dan Bayne @ (301) 443-5462. The solicitation will be issued on July 16, 2001. The deadline for the receipt of proposals will be July 31, 2001. A live demonstration of those offerors in the competitive range may be deemed necessary and if so, will be scheduled on August 6, 2001. The Period of Performance is twelve months. See note 26
