- CORRECTION: SUBJECT: C -- - HEIGHT MODERNIZATION SURVEYS 50-DGNC-1-90026 is corrected as follows: Under Section B. SELECTION CRITERIA 1) The Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) requires general compliance with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, and is not referencing any particular regulations. The internet address for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is as follows: http://www.epa.gov/epahome/lawreg.htm. The internet address for Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is as follows: http://www.osha.gov/comp-links.html 2) Compliance with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations is not a part of the evaluation criteria. 3) There are six (6) evaluation criteria, and they remain unchanged. 4) The Government will set-aside 50% of this acquisition for Small Business concerns and 50% will be set-aside under Full and Open Competition. 5) The Government will award 50% of resulting contracts to Small Business concerns and 50% of the resulting contracts will be awarded to concerns under Full and Open Competition. Under Section C -- SUBMISSION: 6) Add the Following: An offeror may submit a response as a prime contractor, and be listed as a subcontractor on another offeror's response. A small business concern that submits a response as a prime contractor may be listed as a subcontractor on a response submitted by a large, or woman-owned, or small disadvantaged firm. A large business concern that submits a response as a prime contractor may be listed as a subcontractor on a response submitted by a small, or woman-owned, or small disadvantaged firm. A woman-owned business concern that submits a response as a prime contractor may be listed as a subcontractor on a response submitted by a large, or small, or small disadvantaged firm. A small disadvantaged business concern that submits a response as a prime contractor may be listed as a subcontractor on a response submitted by a large, or small, or woman-owned firm. 7) The prime contractor and subcontractors are required to submit SF-254; only the prime contractor is required to submit SF-255. The date for submission of responses is NOT EXTENDED. 8) Responses (SF-254/SF-255s) are due to the following address no later than 4:00 pm Eastern Daylight Saving Time, July 16, 2001.
