This announcement is amended to Commerce Business Daily submission number 50O080, dated 5 June 2001, for five hundred each (500) voltage regulator, NSN 6110-00-764-7621. This acquisition will now be solicited under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S. Code 637(a)). Award will be made to a pre-determined 8(a) contractor. Further sources of supply are no longer being considered.
