Description

The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for telephone tray assemblies, which are part of end item MK2564VRC97. The above item must be able to fully and successfully integrate into the end item. The National Stock Number to be acquired is NSN: 5895-01-296-9921, QTY 225. Delivery will be made to Taunton, Massachusetts within 270 days of Contract Award. The Government does not currently possess the necessary technical drawings to enable competition for this item. General Dynamics is the only source that possesses the capability and knowledge required to satisfy the Government's requirements. The sole source acquisition with General Dynamics is authorized IAW FAR6.302- (a) (1), Only One Responsible Source or a Limited Number of Sources. This notice is not to be considered as a request for offer/proposal from other sources. However, all proposals received will be evaluated. The U.S. Army Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM) has established the Business Opportunity Page (BOP) website to allow electronic transmittal of Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotes (RFQs), and Invitation for Bids (IFBs) from CECOM to industry.
