Description

Provide 2 each forklifts, Hyster Model S25XM, or equivalent to be delivered to Fort Lewis, Washington. The Request for Quotations will be issued as unrestricted. Replies to this notice are requested from all business concerns; however, small business concerns should indicate interest in the acquisition as early as possible, but not later than 15 days of this notice. The size standard for a small business concern is 750 employees. SIC code: 3537, NAICS: 333924. Telephonic requests will not be accepted. All requests for the solicitation must be faxed to (253) 967-3844 or e-mailed to matchetm@lewis.army.mil, providing the business size, Dun and Bradstreet number and CAGE code, if available. All faxed requests must include an e-mail address. The solicitation issued will be available for download at the Fort Lewis Contracting Office web site located at http://www.lewis.army.mil. The anticipated issue date of the solicitation is 9 July 2001.
