PR No: FPG01123001772; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Panel Structural, AI for a KC-135 aircraft. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. The NSN, and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: 1560-00-766-2583; AEQ 32 for the base year and 16 for all options years. Delivery: FOB Origin, Acceptance is Origin, 215 days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. A Boeing "rights guard" protected technical data Package (tdp) exists for this nsn. To request a Copy of the tdp, a completed DSCR form p42, Certification for the use of rights guard Technical data, must be submitted to Defense Supply Center Richmond, attn: DSCR-VAB (rights Guard program), Richmond, VA 23297-5615. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is July 23, 2001, anticipated award date is November 16, 2001. Reference notes 1, 23 and 26.
