Description

The work includes all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision necessary to provide an indefinite quantity of miscellaneous construction, repair, alterations and maintenance work at predetermined wage, equipment and material costs, and incidental related work. NAICS Code 23332; Size Standard: $27,500,000.00. The contract minimum is $5,000.00 with an estimated range of more than $10,000,000.00. The contract term is for a base with four options, and a provision for the option to extend services. We are soliciting this requirement as unrestricted and there will be no provisions for small disadvantaged preference. The solicitation will contain the clause 52.219-4 -- Notice of Price Evaluation Preference for HUB Zone Small Business Concerns. Award of this contract is under FAR 52.216-27, SINGLE OR MULTIPLE AWARDS (OCT 1995), which means that the Government may elect to award a single contract or multiple contracts. Large business concerns are required to submit a subcontracting plan with their bid. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(7), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium; solicitation will be available for viewing and downloading, free of charge, via http://esol.navfac.navy.mil .
