Description

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision required to replace septic field at U.S. Coast Guard MSD, Lewes, DE. Work includes but is not limited to: (1) Construct new sand absorption mound; (2) Clean (1) existing 750-gallon septic tanks; (3) Demolish (1) existing lift station including pump, concrete manhole, and electrical attachments; (4) Construct new concrete manhole for new list station; (5) Construct simplex pump lift station with automatic float switch and alarm; (6) Construct new underground electrical conduit from new pump to control panel and to existing panel inside building utility room. Provide new underground wiring from new pump via controls to existing panel; and (7) Construct new sewer pipe from new lift station to sand mound, and construct new lift station to existing septic tank. The NAICS is 23511 (SIC Code 1799) size standard $11.5M. This procurement is open to both large and small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Act. The estimated range is between $25K -- $100K. The performance period is 90 DANTP. The Quotes will be due o/a 08/09/01 (check the RFQ for exact due date) from this posting. A Bid Bond is NOT required.
