Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined Synopsis/Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is DAAE07-01-T-0013. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46, dated 17 Mar 97. The associated North American Industrial Code System (NAICS) code is 488510. The U.S. Army TACOM requirement is for a shipping company that can handle the special needs of coordinating the shipments of numerous demonstration materials and conference needs for a period of mid Jul 01 through Dec 01. A proven track record of safe and timely shipping to and from convention centers and the ability to track these shipments to the exact location is a priority requirement for this job.
