Description

This is the third modification to the synopsis originally posted in the CBDNET on 24 April 2001. The following information is added: Subsequent amendments to the solicitation, if any, will only be promulgated via the referenced web page. The Government will not mail, fax, or email the solicitation or any amendment thereto. Because this will be a web based solicitation, a Bidders Mailing list will not be maintained. Offerors are responsible for checking the referenced web page early and periodically for any solicitation amendments. The Government web site is occasionally inaccessible due to maintenance. The Government is not responsible for any loss of Internet connectivity or for an offeror's inability to access the document posted on the referenced web page.
