Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 500 West Fort Street, Boise, Idaho intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with St. Luke's Regional Medical Center, Boise, Idaho for the procurement of cardiac catheter procedures using co-owned equipment housed at the contractor facility. This is a SOLE SOURCE procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and is not a request for competitive quotes, however, reponses received from responsible sources prior to close of business on July 5, 2001 will be evaluated. Offeror facility must be within a 50 mile radius of the VA Medical Center. Offerors responding to this notice must provide proof that they can provide the requested services. If you believe you can provide these services, please contract the contracting officer at (208) 422-1137 within fifteen (15) days of this published notification.
