Description

Contractor shall provide emergency generator maintenance for two generators located at the VA Medical Center, Columbia, MO, in strict accordance with the Statement of Work and contract. Generator number one is a General Motors Electo-Motive Model #12-645-E1 with a KATO 1000 KW, 480 V Generator Model #1000SR9C. The second generator is a Kohler Power System 500 Model 500R0ZD71 generator, powered by a Detroit 92 Model # 81237405. All interested, responsible vendors may submit an offer. Requests for copies of the Solicitation will be in writing on company letterhead and FAXed to 913-758-6495 or by e-mail to bruce.johnson@med.va.gov. No phone requests will be honored. Requests shall have a point of contact, phone, fax and e-mail address. Solicitations will be transmitted by electronic means to all with e-mail address, mailed to one's that don't. This is a small business set-aside. NAICS code is 235990 FSC is 6115. Small business size is 7 million dollars. Solicitation number is V-15-01-0235.
