The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) intends to negotiate a contract with the National Academy of Sciences, 2101 Constitution Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20418. The contract objective is to provide support of selective National Cooperative Highway Research Program projects. See Note 22.
