Description

The Department of Interior, US Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 7, Alaska is seeking bids to convert a lab to offices in the headquarters building at the Yukon Delta National Wildlife Refuge, in Bethel, Alaska. Construction work will include all materials, labor, equipment and accessories necessary to convert an existing interior laboratory, of approximately 670 gross square feet, into three (3) offices, inside the Headquarters Complex Building, Yukon Delta National Wildlife Refuge, in Bethel, Alaska. All work shall be in accordance with the drawings and specifications and comply with project permits and regulations. The Performance Period is 150 Calendar Days after Notice to Proceed. The Construction price range is between $25,000 and 100,000. This procurement is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration program, and has a Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone Concerns. This procurement is UNRESTRICTED.
