Description

Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this project. The work includes but is not limited to replacement of the existing HVAC unit, the addition of A/C, the addition of an evaperative cooler unit, room renovations, and the addition of a storage messanine. Work shall be conducted at Western Area Power Administration's Cody Maintenance Complex in Cody Wyoming. The magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000 to $250,000. Estimated completion date is 180 days after Notice to Proceed. There will only be one award from this solicitation. Therefore, all bidders must submit their bids on an "all or none" basis. The solicitation package will be issued hard copy free of charge. Note: In accordance with FAR 5.102-3, Western procurement officials will be limiting availability of the solicitation package. Therefore, only a limited number of copies will be issued on a "first-come, first-serve" basis. This solicitation will be issued on or about July 9, 2001. The acquisition is unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System code is 23332 and the applicable size standard is $27.5 million.
