Description

BLACKHAWK PARK ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, DESOTO, WISCONSIN. Work consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment necessary for construction of a 1,568 square foot administration and maintenance building, to include electric service, water supply line, and sewage holding tanks at the Corps of Engineers Blackhawk Park in DeSoto, Wisconsin. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 23332; the Small Business Size Standard is $27.5 Million. Estimated magnitude of construction in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. It is anticipated that the Invitation for Bid (IFB) DACW37-01-B-0016 will be posted to the US Army Corps of Engineers St. Paul District World Wide Web site at http://mvpwww.mvp.usace.army.mil/ebs/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp on or about 9 July 2001 with bid opening on or about 9 August 2001. The official solicitation is available only by CD-ROM. Ordering of the CD-ROM shall be made by registering for it at the above web site.
