Description

This project will include the construction of a new 10,200 square foot C-17 Cargo Compartment Trainer (CCT). Construction will include a reinforced concrete foundation and slab, structural steel frame and roof system, pre-cast concrete panel walls, fire protection, environmental controls, pavement, utilities and 20-ton air conditioning unit. The facility contains a large open bay to house the C-17 CCT. The remaining area will be used as classrooms, office space, restrooms and storage areas. Estimated cost range of this project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Plans and specifications will be available on or about July 9, 2001, and will be provided on Compact Disks (CD-ROMS). IT HAS BEEN DETERMINED THAT THE NUMBER OF CD-ROMS WILL BE LIMITED TO ONE (1) PER FIRM. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a printed hard copy format.
