Description

Contractor to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, materials, and other incidentals, to improve the Bureau of Land Management Grand Junction Air Center in accordance with the specifications. Work will consist of Base Bid, Additive A, and Additive B. Base bid and each additive will be awarded based on the availability of funding. Work under this purchase order is located in Mesa County, Colorado. The work site is at the Grand Junction Air Center, 2774 Landing View Lane, Walker Field, Grand Junction, Colorado, as shown on the drawings. The Project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. This is a 100% small business set-aside. A performance period of 45 calendar days has been established. With an estimated start date of September 10, 2001.
