Description

Description: General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 12,000 rentable square feet of office space for the Social Security Administration. Unique Requirements: Fully serviced single story, single tenant building. 70 parking spaces configured with split parking lots to distinguish employee parking from public parking. Location: The land must be located along a bus line within the following delineated area: North: Loop 20 South: Hillside Road East: McPherson Road and Del Mar Boulevard East to Loop 20 West: I-35 Term: The space is required for 15 years, with the Government having the right to terminate after 10 years of occupancy. Expressions of interest must be received by telephone or in writing no later than July 13, 2001. Authorized Contacts: In no event shall the offeror enter into negotiations concerning the space to be leased with representatives of federal agencies other than the officers and employees of the General Services Administration.
