Description

The Naval Oceanographic Office intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures to OMNI Technologies, Inc., 7412 Lakeshore Drive, New Orleans, LA 70124, a small business concern, to provide required resources necessary to complete demonstration capability of the NAVOCEANO Survey Operations Center System (SOCS). The basis for this proposed non-competitive action is that there is only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the requirements of this Command. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only, and is not a request for competitive quotations; no competitive solicitation will be issued.
