Description

NOTICE OF INTENT: The U.S. Customs Service intends to procure 60 forensic software computer upgrades from Access Data Corporation, 2500 North University Ave., Suite 200, Provo, UT 84604-3864. This requirement will be processed under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 ? (1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a solicitation for competitive proposals. See numbered Note 22. THE RESULTING PURCHASE ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION THRESHOLD. THE PROCEDURES OF FAR PART 13.106-3 SHALL BE UTILIZED.
