Description

In accordance with OMB Circular A-76, on June 15, 2001, the Defense Finance and Accounting Service announced a tentative cost comparison decision to award a $346,432,288 firm-fixed-price and time-and-material contract to ACS Government Solutions Group, Inc. of Rockville, Maryland, for DoD Military Retired & Annuitant Pay Services. This OMB cost comparison study was issued under solicitation MDA220-00-R-6001. The public review period runs from June 18 through July 9, 2001.
