To be held JUNE 21 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. How to Submit a Winning Management Organizational and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS) Proposal, presented by Mary Rogers, Mary A. Rogers Consulting. At George Mason University Procurement Technical Assistance Program, 4031 University Drive, Suite 200, Fairfax, VA 22030. To register call 703-277-7700. Cost of the class is $125.00. This course is designed to assist the student in completing the MOBIS solicitation in preparation for submission of a proposal to the GSA. Examine the procedures for admission, evaulation requirements for contract award and how to maintain the contract once it has been awarded.
