Description

The United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) is currently seeking sources for cellular phones and service plans. The service plan must cover all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Guam, and American Samoa. The optimum service plan shall include as a minimum 2000 free minutes to include night and weekend minutes. At least 500 of the 2000 minutes must be pooled. The service plan shall also include additional airtime. The requirement will consist of the purchasing of approximately 350 dual banded cellular phones, earplugs, cigarette lighter adapters, and clip mobile organizers. In addition to the cellular phone purchase the USARC currently has 365 cellular phones that they wish to trade in for the model that will be purchased. All phones (approximately 710) will be placed on the offered service plan. The requirement shall need to be modified at times to add additional phones for purchase and therefore to the service plan. Businesses, including their affiliates with annual receipts of $6.5M or less during the past 12 months are considered small. Respondents must provide with their capability statements the full plan to include commercial market place terms and conditions and pricing. Respondents must identify their business status, i.e. women-owned, Native American, 8(a), or small business. The anticipated NAICS Code for this acquisition is 443112 (corresponding SIC Code is 5731). The performance period for the service plan is anticipated to be for one year from date of contract award with the possibility of a one year option period.
