Description

The Department of Justice (DOJ), intends to award a sole source purchase order to Intraware, Inc., of Orinda, CA. using simplified acquisition procedures. Intraware is the provider of the Argis software that is used to support the property management database for the Office, Boards, Divisions and Bureaus of the DOJ. The software is necessary to install on a secondary server that will receive incoming data from several components within the DOJ thus eliminating the current delays encountered in the operation of the system. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation will be issued. Responses to this announcement must be received on or before June 22, 2001, 12:00 p.m. (eastern time) to be considered. A determination by the Contracting Officer not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement [see Note 22].
