- Subject Request For Quotation is hereby reopened, with a new closing date of July 27, 2001. The First Article Requirement is changed to a Product Demonstration Model (PDM) Requirement. Contractors MUST submit with their offer two (2) PDMs for evaluation at the time of closing (3:00 pm local time). Failure to provide the PDMs may result in rejection of proposal.
