The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Origin, in accordance with QAP 002. Delivery 60 DARO. Ship to address: New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. This is for a long-term type contract, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with four option years. Estimated annual demand quantity 6517 each, guaranteed minimum quantity 1734 each, maximum contract quantity 8311 each.
