Description

Furnish all of the parts and supplies as specified in the solicitation, which includes: Penstock valve actuators, (18 " gate valves and electric motor actuators) with all necessary materials, to be used at a Bull Shoals Dam Powerhouse. This is to be a Firmed Fixed Price -- Supply Contract. Solicitation will be on Compact Disk (CD-Rom) and provided free of charge. The solicitation will not be available in paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper when determined to be in the Government's best interest. All documents required for the offer submittal, including amendments to the offer submittal, shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for submittal of offer will not be allowed. Solicitation issue date will be on or about 22 June 2001. Solicitation will be made available upon registration at the Little Rock Contracting Division internet website (address below). IF UNABLE to register through the internet, a written request may be sent to Contracting Division at the address above, faxed to (501) 324-5196, or email. The date and time for receipt of proposals will be on or about 17 July 2001, 4:00 p.m. local time. NAISC code 332911 will apply with a size standard of 500 employees. Numbered Note 1 applies.
