Description

The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Detachment, Washington has a requirement for one static cutting machine for Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard in Pearl Harbor, HI. This requirement is for a turn-key (contractor installed), computerized, high-speed, single or low ply, static table cutting system which is designed to cut a variety of materials and fabrics and it includes providing data, additional parts for the static cutting machine, installation, on-site training and transportation. This requirement also has options to purchase spare parts and a two (2) through five (5) year extended warranty. This is a commercial item. All equipment shall be new and unused and capable of performing its intended function in accordance with the operation and the performance requirements. This requirement shall be one of the manufacturer's current production models, which on the date of the issuance of the solicitation, has been designed, engineered and sold, or is being offered for sale through advertisements or manufacturer's published catalogs or brochures. This shall be a Firm-Fixed Price procurement. This requirement is being procured under Full & Open procedures. This is being procured under FAR 13.5, "Test Program for Certain Commercial Item." The FSC Code is 3625. The NAICS Code is 333292. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination to Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard in Pearl Harbor, HI within 10 weeks after contract award. All offerors shall be registered with the Central Contractor Register (CCR) before award. Copies of the solicitation and necessary amendments can be obtained at www.neco.navy.mil (at a minimum of seven days after release of synopsis) or through the Customer Service Center at (202) 685-1299.
