The pre-solicitation notice is currently posted on the above website. If you are interested in competing for this contract, you must download and/or print the solicitation documents, including any amendments, from our website. Bidders are strongly encouraged to register via our website to be included on the planholder list. The principal components of the work include clearing; removal of water from foundations and pipe trench; earthwork for and construction of: a reinforced concrete fishscreen structure with fish return pipeline, an unreinforced canal lining, furnishing and placing 24-inch riprap with bedding, and coarse gravel protection, and furnishing and placing gravel surfacing at the fishscreen structure and along a portion of existing road along the existing canal and near an existing railroad crossing; site grading and vegetative erosion control; furnishing and erecting chain link fence; furnishing and installing embedded metalwork; and furnishing and installing electrical equipment. All responsible small business HUBZone concerns may submit a bid which will be considered. See numbered note 27.
