Description
The project consists of but is not limited to: approx. 22 parking pads with picnic tables, fire rings and other equipment; single lane aggregate surface loop road and double lane aggregate surface forest development road to bypass the campground; well drilling and handpump installation; signs, and entrance fee station; walking paths; construction staking, and other incidental items as shown on the drawings and as described in the specifications. The bypass road shall be constructed in 2001 and all other work done in the 2002 season. The project is located on the New Meadows R.D. The Grouse Campground is located at the south end of Goose Lake in Section 23, T.20N., R.2E., Boise Meridian. From McCall, drive 5 miles west on Hwy 95, the drive 10 miles north on Forest Road 50257 to Goose Lake. Turn south on Forest Road 50273. Est. start date is 8/30/01 with 210 calendar days for completion. Est. price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small business set aside.
