Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies and materials to construct the facilities for the Blackwell Island Recreation Site, including access road, highway modification, parking area, water and sewer service lines, signs, gates, boat launch ramps, docks and related site improvements. The work is located in Kootenai County, Idaho. The site is on the Spokane River one mile north of Coeur D'Alene Lake along U.S. Highway 95 within the City of Coeur D'Alene. Estimated price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
