Description

The Government intends to award a No Cost type contract for the performance of the Publication of the Civilian Enterprise (CE) Newspaper and the Publication of the Fort Bliss Guide Telephone Directory, Map, CD, and Pocket Guide. The Contractor shall look solely to advertising revenue to fund the cost of the publications. Services will be performed in accordance with the best commercial practices. Contract Period: 1 OCT 2001 -- 30 SEP 2002 with four one-year option periods. This acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for small business concerns. The Standard Industrial Classification Code 2711 (Publishing) applies to businesses with less than 500 employees. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is projected to be issued on or about 22 JUN 2001.
