Request for Comments on DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) for the A-76 Competitive Sourcing Study for Multi-Location PACAF Base Training and education Services Operations OBJECTIVE: Request industry comments on the DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) for the A-76 Competitive Sourcing Study for Multi-Location PACAF Base Training and Education Services Operations. All comments and Government responses shall be posted via the Electronic Posting System (EPS) on Fed Biz Ops. Additionally, the Government will consider all information received when preparing a Final SOW however, any and all changes are at the sole discretion of the Government. Subject information should be provided in writing via e-mail, mail or fax to Darrell Strahan (reference contact information below) no later than July 06, 2001 at 3:30 PM HST. DISCLAIMER: Any information submitted is voluntary. As such, the Government will not cover any costs for any information or inquiry submitted as a result of this request.
