Description

The Health Resources and Services Administration intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with Midi, Inc., 100 Thanet Circle, Princeton, New Jersey 08540. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to create a multimedia, interactive on-line training website that will disseminate needed information on Sexual Harassment and Diversity. The contractor shall: assist HRSA in creating the website and provide instruction on its use; modify the content of existing selected training modules to fit HRSA's work environment; and create a database/system to track and verify employees' use of the website. Midi, Inc. is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is six months. A Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is on file. The award shall be made using simplified acquisition procedures. See Note 26.
