Description

Contractor will provide certified physician to perform interpretation of sleep study consults. Healthcare provider must be a certified physician. Physician must read the studies at the Atlanta VA Medical Center and provide a complete typed report and interpretation. Physician will complete and send the dictated report to VA within ten (10) days of receiving a written consultation request. Interested parties may request in writing (no verbal requests will be honored) a copy of solicitation RFP 508-46-01 from Jeff Miller at the above address. Contractors can FAX their request to 404-728-7758. The "anticipated" issue date is July 2, 2001. Award of the contract is subject to the availability of funds.
